Full Conference Registration (Monday 31 Aug - Friday 04 Sept.)
Includes admission to all scheduled sessions, presentations, receptions and meals for the full conference
Single Day Registration
Single day registration is available for Tuesday 01 Sept, Wednesday 02 Sept. or Thursday 03 Sept. The rate is 50% of the full event fee in effect at the time of registration. Includes admission to scheduled sessions, presentations, receptions, and meals for the selected day only.
Speaker and Panelist Registration and Conference Fees
Conference speakers and panelists are generally invited during the conference organization process. All speakers and panelists must register for the Conference. These participants will be offered the Early Bird rates. For details, please contact the Conference Coordinator.
Additional speakers and panelists may be selected from Poster Session applicants. Please see Poster and Exhibit Session below for more details on this application process.
Poster and Exhibit Session
Registered conference participants may attend the Poster and Exhibit session which will be held in the Ballroom on the campus of NPS following lunch on Wednesday.
Posters: Registration for Poster Presentation is open to all participants. The fee to present a poster is $100, payable at the time of Conference Registration. A foam core board of 24" x 30" and an easel will be provided at your request; pre-mounted posters will be required to fit within the easel's maximum capacity of 48" x 36". Please download, complete and submit a poster registration form, (under "Forms" link to the left) prior to August 15, 2009. Space is limited. Please note, registered posters will be reviewed for possible inclusion in the scheduled presentations and panel discussions.
Exhibit/Demonstration Space*: All Exhibitors / Demonstrators must be registered for the Conference. Exhibits or Demonstrations may be displayed on Wednesday, September 2 from 1:15pm to 3:30pm in the Herrmann Hall Ballroom at NPS AND/OR on Friday from 8:00am to 9:00am and 11:00am to 12:00pm at the Monterey Hyatt Regency Hotel. Single day registration is $500.00 and two day registration is $750.00, payable at the time of Conference Registration. Fee includes an empty 10' x 10' space, (rectangular tables will be provided upon request). Space is limited and awarded on a first come first served basis.
*Set up and take down requirements will be provided to all those who register.

Cancellation Policy
The registration fee will be refunded, less a $100 administrative cancellation fee.
Written notice of cancellation must be received by 01 August 2009.
There is no refund after 01 August 2009 or if registered participant fails to attend.
Packet and Badge Pick Up Registered attendees must check in at one of the times listed below. A conference program, name tag and other important information will be provided at that time.

Security
Gate/security procedures at NPS require a 72 hour advance notice to allow participants on campus. U.S. government-issued ID must be presented at the NPS gate. All participants must be U.S. citizens.
