All participants, attendees, and session speakers must be registered.

Participants may also register by downloading the registration form in the FORM section.
Staff, faculty and students at NPS may attend sessions at no charge, but must complete a registration form.
Speakers, conference sponsors and Friday morning demonstrators should download the appropriate registration form in the FORM section. A reduced registration fee may apply.
Full Conference Registration (Monday 25 Aug - Friday 29 Aug)
Includes admission to all scheduled sessions, presentations, receptions and meals for the full conference
Single Day Registration
Single day registration is available for Tuesday 26 Aug (Air), Wednesday 27 Aug (Space) or Thursday 28 Aug (Maritime). The rate is 50% of the full event fee in effect at the time of registration. Includes admission to scheduled sessions, presentations, receptions, and meals for the selected day only.
Poster Session
Registered conference participants may attend the poster session which will be held in the Ballroom on the campus of NPS following the presentations on Wednesday. If a participant wishes to present a poster on his or her work, there is a form in the FORMS section to the left which must be sent in to reserve a spot. Space is limited. The fee to present a poster is $100. Friday morning demonstrators will receive one complimentary poster space. Foam core of 24" x 30" and an easel will be provided.
Speaker and Demonstrator Registration and Conference Fees
All speakers and demonstrators must complete the registration form and return it to us. These participants will be offered a discount on the regular registration fee. For details, please contact the Conference Coordinator
Conference Sponsorship
Custom packages can include speaking opportunities, product demonstrations, breakfast/lunch sponsorship and more. For details, please contact the Conference Coordinator.
Cancellation Policy
The registration fee will be refunded, less a $100 administrative cancellation fee.
Written notice of cancellation must be received by 01 August 2008.
There is no refund after 01 August 2008 or if registered participant fails to attend.
Packet and Badge Pick Up Registered attendees must check in at one of the times listed below. A conference program, name tag and other important information will be provided at that time.

Tuesday August 26 – Thursday August 28: 8:30 - :9:00 am, Ingersol Hall, Naval Postgraduate School
Security
Gate/security procedures at NPS require a 24 hour advance notice to allow participants on campus. U.S. government-issued ID must be presented at the NPS gate. All participants must be U.S. citizens.
